The plot of land on Brauerstrasse is the site of the historic former brewery, and a modern UNUS development replaces part of the original outbuildings. The two new UNUS constructions are located close to the surviving buildings, and their block-like design fits perfectly with the traditional image of Brauerstrasse. The UNUS apartments are prefabricated and subsequently installed onsite, standing on top of a solid and conventionally built basement with an underground garage.
